READER AND WEBSITE HELP
Let’s find your next step.
You may be exploring care for the first time, working through a book or trying to open a resource. Start with the situation that fits. You do not need an account to read these public learning pages.
I am new to integrated care
Begin with a goal, such as understanding how a team works or exploring a different role. Start Here leads into the examples before the more detailed questions about payment and planning.
If you are ready to plan a service, try the free service sketch.
I am reading a book
Keep the title and edition nearby. The Reader Companion explains the current reading paths and how to describe a missing resource. The new Medicare edition and full kit are still in preparation.
A link, file or page is not working
Note the page address, the link you selected and what happened. If the link came from a book, add its edition and page number. A short description is enough; no password or receipt is needed for an initial question.
Something is hard to read or use
Tell us which step is difficult and what format or change would help. You can mention your browser or assistive technology if useful. You do not need to describe a diagnosis.
Still need a hand?
Email the page address or publication details with your question. Please leave out patient information, confidential records, passwords and payment-card details.
