Learning should not depend on how you see, hear or move through a page. If something is difficult to use, help us find the barrier and understand what would make the material more useful to you.
Describe the task you were trying to complete
Reading and understanding
Was text difficult to read, a diagram unclear or an explanation hard to follow? Identify the page, section or resource.
Moving through the page
Did a menu, link or interactive example become difficult to reach or operate? Tell us the step where you got stuck.
Media and downloads
Was motion distracting, information unavailable without an image or video, or a file difficult to open? Describe what you needed from it.
Include only the details that help
A page address or file title is useful. Your device, browser and assistive technology may help us reproduce the issue, but you can report a barrier without providing them. No diagnosis or medical history is needed.
Tell us what would work better
You can request a different format, a text explanation of an image or another way to complete a task. Describe the change you need; we will need to review the specific material rather than assume every format is already available.
